Confirmation Policy:

When confirming a booking, one of the following is required:

a deposit of one night's stay per room, or valid credit card details

Cancellation Policy
In the advent that we are unable to find a replacement guest for the rooms cancelled,

the following cancellation fee will apply:

10% Booking fee will apply to all bookings.
50% of 1 night's accommodation if cancelled within 28 days
100% of 1 nights accommodation if cancelled within 14 days.

 

Cancellations due to "Acts of God" will not be charged for.
