Our warm, modern and spacious rooms are located in a separate wing of the home. Guests have off road parking and their own entrance.

We offer Queen Bed, King Bed, Twin room set up, with Single Beds.

Dining Room and Lounge:

Warm, modern, bright dining room, with a lovely natural fire for those cooler mid-winter months. A large lounge awaits you for that "what's there to do chat,"  read a book, watch TV. listen to the radio, play your favourite DVD, or simply relax with a local wine or a coffee.

Grounds:

Margaret prides herself with her lovely gardens and private quiet areas within the gardens. We have native sections, including our New Zealand symbolic "silver Fern".  Our motto is "home away from home" - we want you to remember your Napier experience for all the right reasons, and we go that extra mile to make you feel at home, sharing our local knowledge with you.
